Oranzo J. Oevering – CEOOranzo is the CEO and founder of Oevering Homes. Oranzo grew up near Winona, MN, where his father owned and ran a successful Bobcat dealership. Early on in his life, Oranzo learned that hard work and having a passion for what you do leads to great success and satisfaction. He decided back in 2002 that there was a need for quality, affordable housing in the Western Wisconsin area, so he decided to fill that void. Since then, he has led Oevering Homes to build over 500 quality crafted homes, and countless satisfied clients. Oranzo has big plans for the future of Oevering Homes, and continues to find ways to improve his business daily.
Suzi Oevering – Co-OwnerSuzi is the Executive Vice President of Oevering Homes. Suzi has many assets that are invaluable to the team, including her experiences with running her own business, along with several years in the mortgage industry. She has had many leadership roles within the company, including handling customer selections, public relations with the community, and running the finances. Suzi has a great wealth of knowledge and is able to assist the clients of Oevering Homes by sharing her experiences in the home building world, and relating to them on a personal level as well.
Dan Payne – New Home Sales ConsultantAs the new home sales consultant, Dan assists clients in all facets of the purchasing process, from acquiring/picking out the right lot, to choosing a floor plan and selecting finishes. Dan works to help clients attain the perfect balance of needs, wants, and budget when building their home. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Crown College, as well as his Wisconsin Real Estate License. Dan grew up in Prescott, Wisconsin, and has a good knowledge of the western Wisconsin area in which he sells. Brandon Perry – COOBrandon’s biggest passion is his family. Family time is important to him with his wife of 14 years and their 3 boys and 3 girls. Brandon started out in the construction industry 18 years ago by framing houses in the cold winters of Minnesota. Since then Brandon has been involved in numerous aspects of the construction industry and has a vast knowledge of the details in how houses are built. Brandon is responsible for the overall build process from the point of sale to the finished product. Brandon directly works with the details of the build and makes sure that the build specifications are accurate and that the build process follows through with executing the build specifications. Brandon’s goal is to exceed homeowner expectations and to make sure that the build is completed within the allocated timelines. As the General Manager of Oevering homes Brandon’s priority is to provide homeowners a high quality home while providing an exceptional and enjoyable build experience.
Troy Keller – Project ManagerTroy’s role is to supervise job site construction from start to finish. He is the contact person for both the homeowner as well as the sub-contractors. He is here to make sure the process runs as smoothly as possible and stays on schedule. Troy has several years of experience in the construction business, including experience in both residential and commercial construction.
Lexis Pingel – Controller/CFOAs the business manager Lexis works closely behind the scenes with all of Oevering Homes’ employees and contractors in order to cultivate the company, and make sure everything is running smoothly. The main aspect of her job is to ensure the efficiency of Oevering Homes, LLC so they can uphold the mission to provide affordable, high quality homes, and ensure that homeowners’ expectations are met and/or exceeded. On her own time, Lexis enjoys spending time in the living room with her friends and family watching the Food Network.
Jen Brathol – Selections/Construction CoordinatorAs the Selections/Construction Coordinator, Jen loves helping people create their dream home. With a huge passion for the housing industry and attention to detail, she will work side-by-side with the homeowner helping them design a home that fits their family and personal style while ensuring a fun and positive experience. She loves that she gets to work with the entire Oevering Homes team to help create a beautiful new home for the homeowners. When Jen is not working you can find her Up North at the Lake, cheering on her beloved Badgers/Packers, watching HGTV and spending time with her Husband, Jeremy and three children, Lexi, Connor and Addison.
Nick Zempel – Project ManagerGrowing up in the Twin Cities, Nick started his journey with construction right out of high school. He found himself in different fields over the years from roofing to framing, to running a painting business. Nick crossed the river in 2006 and ended up in Prescott, WI to help run his family’s hardware business. That same year he was fortunate to meet a pretty girl that he is now married to, and they have a beautiful little girl together. Now on the awesome team here at Oevering homes, Nick hopes to use his background and passion in home construction to help people build their dream home.
Danny Skarsten – Construction Finance ManagerDaniel is grateful to be a part of the Oevering Homes team. He enjoys working with our contractors and homeowners to bring homes to reality. Before coming to Oevering, Daniel worked in the water restoration industry and in the non-profit sector. In his spare time, Daniel can be found either closely following the world of competitive origami or reading Dostoyevsky novels.
Erik Halverson – Project ManagerErik joined the Oevering family in November of 2016. He started out cleaning up job sites, eventually grew into a field superintendent, and now oversees project management responsibilities as well. Erik oversees all aspects of the build, from the planning stages, to closing. He oversees communication with the homeowner and all subcontractors involved with the project. Erik is very passionate about building a high quality house, while making the build process a smooth and stress free experience for our clients. Outside of work, he can be found enjoying the outdoors with his family, and the love of his life, who together are expecting their firstborn child. He is also an avid sports fan, cheering for the Michigan Wolverines, Green Bay Packers, and Detroit Tigers.
Jeremy Saltzman – Warranty Supervisor
Bria Armstrong – Architectural DesignBria grew up on the other side of the border in Mankato, Minnesota. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, as well minoring in Interdisciplinary Design. As architectural designer, Bria works with homeowners to design their dream home, customizing each home to fit their individual needs. She enjoys the creativity and attention to detail with each project as they come to life. In her spare time, Bria enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
